This includes exchanges based on fragrance, size, or personal preferences. We encourage you to thoroughly review your selection before finalizing your purchase.

2. Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Products

While we strive to deliver flawless products, we understand that defects or damage can occur in rare instances. We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Damaged Bottle: If your perfume bottle arrives visibly damaged (e.g., shattered or cracked), please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Faulty Atomizer: We assess and resolve the issue if the atomizer (spray mechanism) does not function properly.
  • Broken Cap: If the bottle cap is broken, we can provide a replacement cap or another suitable solution.

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange of Damaged or Defective Items

To qualify for a return or exchange under these conditions, the following must be met:

  • Notification Period: Contact Myrodia Parfums Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made beyond this period will not be eligible.
  • Proof of Damage: Please provide clear photos showing the damage or defect and your order details to help us promptly assess the issue.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all accompanying materials. We do not accept returns if the product or packaging has been tampered with or shows signs of use.

4. No Exchange after Delivery

Once your purchase has been delivered, Myrodia Parfums does not offer exchanges for any reason, including fragrance preference or any personal choice. Please ensure your selection aligns with your preferences prior to purchase.

5. Return Process for Eligible Claims

6. Non-Returnable Items
