1. Our 7-Day Refund Policy
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Change-of-Mind Refunds
We want you to love your fragrance, but if it's not the right fit, here's how it works:
- The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The perfume bottle must be at least 97-98% full (i.e. no more than 2-3% of the product used).
- The bottle, cap, atomizer, and original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- Return delivery cost is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or you can share your payment details).
Note:
This policy is only for online purchases.
3. Damaged or Defective Products | Free Replacement
If your order arrives damaged (cracked bottle, broken cap, or faulty atomizer), we'll make it right at no cost to you:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the damage and your order number.
- We'll arrange a free replacement — no return shipping cost to you.
4. What Doesn't Qualify
To keep things fair for everyone, refunds/exchanges won't be accepted if:
- The request is made after 7 days from delivery.
- More than 2-3% of the product has been used.
- The bottle, cap, or packaging shows signs of tampering, heavy wear, or is missing.
